Hi, I’m Lauri Mazeikas, AKA “The MsFit mom”

How my programs work:

  5. Celebrating Milestones and Recognizing Progress: Regular progress assessments and goal adjustments ensure the program evolves with each client’s growth, keeping everyone engaged, motivated, and proud of their accomplishments.

I’m a two-time Ironman finisher, personal trainer and coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness world. Additionally, I’m a mom to three kiddos who were all born in different decades of life for me (large age gaps in between), and all through cesarean sections. That is to say that I have been pregnant, given birth, and nursed a child in my twenties, early thirties and late thirties. And it all matters!!

My experiences as a woman have shaped the way that I approach fitness and training for myself and women. I specialize in women’s experiences in the health and fitness industry and the world at large. I believe that women do not have the same 24 hours in a day that a man does and therefore their training plans should reflect that. I also KNOW, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that women are NOT small men, and in an industry that has built the bulk of it’s information on research done only on men, well, frankly it just isn’t that relevant to women.

My goal is to honor the unique experiences of how women operate best in the world to build a fitness routine that actually works for them.

Women are the primary caretakers, the nurturers, the creative energy, the vessel of life, the divine beauty and emotional barometers of the collective. Women are always considering what is best for the whole, and struggle to set themselves apart to validate what is best for them as individuals. Women deserve the care and compassion they give to the world returned to them ten fold. Women deserve better!

That is what I aim to do through fitness training, programs, education and most of all compassion and understanding. I want to teach women how to advocate for themselves, build confidence and embrace their inherit value to the world - especially amongst a society and industry that does a good job of telling women and girls that they don’t matter, unless they fit an impossible standard.

Let’s redefine the standards. Let’s embrace our innate power and beauty. Let’s create a better more loving future for our daughters. Let’s do what is best for US!
