I started MsFit Mom after seeing how many women were dismissed, misunderstood, or overwhelmed by the fitness industry.
As a mom myself, I realized we don’t need another extreme program. We need education. We need permission to slow down, rebuild from the inside out, and reconnect with our bodies.
So I created a space where women could learn how their core, breath, and pelvic floor actually work, and feel empowered to move with confidence again.
